Screenshot Saturday -Build 0.22

Started to fix a proper way to restart the game but I forgot to delete the player on a specific instance so a bunch of them stacked up shooting enough bullets at once to one-shot a level boss.

Thanks to some feedback I decided to make the tooltips stay on screen for awhile, I might make them travel faster.

We added some story/context to what is happening in the game.
