My TOP 3 Running Shoes for Plantar Fasciitis (Women & Men)

1. ASICS Gel-Kayano 19 Running Shoe (available in different colors)

These shoes are my holy grail of running shoes for plantar fasciitis! After having tried on uncountable pairs in my local shoe store without finding a good pair, I finally found these online. I usually don’t like to order shoes online without being able to try them on. But after having read all the amazing reviews on Amazon (over 600 people bought these shoes!), I thought I give it a go. And boy I am glad I did! These shoes feel like heaven on my feet. I would have never thought that a high quality pair of shoes can make such a big difference. After my first run with these shoes I knew that I would not want to have any other pair of running shoes on my feet but the Kayano 19! 

2. ASICS GT-1000 Running Shoe (available in different colors)

I always loved Asics shoes. Although they won’t replace my loved Asic Kayanos the GT-1000 is definitely a great pair to have! The pair fits as expected (although some people with wider feet might need half a size larger). The shoe is lightweight, which was a surprise considering all the cushioning and support which is definitely a plus. The only problem I had with these shoes was that they needed some time to break in, but considering the relatively cheap price I should not even complain about that.

3. Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12 Running Shoes

I have personally not tried these shoes on myself. The reason I still listed them here is because I have a friend who SWEARS by these. She basically has no arch and says that these shoes finally gave her the support she needed. They fit perfectly and she does not even have to wear insoles with these.
