FINISHED READING ALL THE TAROT?
IT’S TIME FOR THE

THANK YOU FOR READING! ♥
If you wish to read the poem alone, check out the hashtag #a medieval mom below! :) No need to click keep reading since every stanza can be read in the main caption ^^ I did the visual novel format for fun, but also because I was inspired by my favourite author Vladimir Nabokov, whose technique was to write his stories on flashcards, and shuffle them as he pleased in order to create an astonishing narrative and various storylines ♥ I attempted such with this poem of mine, wherein every set of 2 stanzas except the introduction and ending may be mixed upon reading. Not as impactful as how Nabokov did it, though I quite enjoyed this unique take in poetry, especially since my mother herself was highly supportive of my writing :) She preferred my poems rather than material gifts during special occasions. Despite not being too fond of my new poetry/prose style (*too engrish* apparently, given that it’s not our native language), she remains one of my inspirations in writing.
Belated happy birthday, Mommy Apple! ♥
I love you very much.
And yes, her nickname was the inspiration behind the title of my poem’s ending fufufu. I would also like to thank my sister tamiyah_cv who collaborated with me in this project, and painted the artworks I edited above. ♥
