Bling Gossip Meghan/DOG
Meghan Markle, who is engaged to Prince Harry, adopted her mixed breed dog Bogart because Ellen DeGeneres told her to. From People:A quick scroll through Meghan Markle‘s Instagram feed will tell you that she’s a huge dog lover, especially her own rescue pups Bogart and Guy. But Prince Harry‘s new bride-to-be may never have had her pets if it wasn’t for a surprising source: Ellen DeGeneres. While announcing the royal engagement on her talk show, DeGeneres revealed that she’s crossed paths with Markle before — when the actress was debating whether to adopt her first pet, Bogart. The newest addition to the royal family once told Best Health that she was in a dog shelter when DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi came in.“Now, I don’t now her, but Ellen goes ‘Is that your dog?’ And I said, ‘No,’ and she’s like, ‘You have to take that dog.’ And I said, ‘Well, I’m deciding.’ And she’s like, ‘Rescue the dog!’” Markle recalled. “It’s sort of like if Oprah tells you to do something. I’m sitting there holding him and she’s like ‘Have you thought of a name for him yet?’ And I said, ‘Well, I think I’d name him Bogart,’ and she’s like ‘You’re taking the dog home.’”Markle continued, “And she walks outside to get into her car but instead of getting in she turns around and comes and taps on the window glass and she yells ‘Take the dog!’ And so I brought him home. Because Ellen told me to.”Notice that Markle had left without the dog. Maybe she just needed more time to think about it. But Ellen DeGeneres continued to apply the pressure, and Markle relented. Markle adopted the dog and named him Bogart. However, when she moved to England a few weeks ago, Markle mysteriously did not take Bogart with her. There were several different excuses given over several days (he’s too old, he wouldn’t do well on the flight over, we don’t have room for him at the cottage, etc.) but the point is that she gave him up.Markle’s other dog, a beagle named Guy, did make the move, but mysteriously broke two of his legs last week. There’s something odd about both of those stories, but we can’t exactly put our finger on what it is.Anyway, back to the original blind item. The way that Ellen DeGeneres pressured Meghan Markle into adopting the dog is the way she behaves with her staff as well!Adopting a dog or a cat if you really want one – and are ready to do so – is great. Being pressured or forced to adopt a pet? Not so great. You can decide for yourself whether Ellen’s high-pressure tactics to get others to adopt are kind or not. We just know that her employees are not at all happy having their personal lives manipulated by their boss.Congratulations if you got this one right!
Here are my thoughts on Harry and Meghan’s pseudo-royal tour. It’s simply an ego tour. Being black and of Cameroonian origin but having 40% Nigeria like many because it was a vast kingdom.
Where was the history of Nigeria?
Why are soldiers injured? why we don’t see Harry and Meghan wearing African designers (ah yes product placement)
Stop with these superlatives Nigeria fell in love with Harry and Meghan lol this obsession with being chosen by Africa as saviors or kings shows how uneducated they are and that their team is white!!!!
Taking selfies does not mean being adored or being better. It shows that in 2024 Harry and Meghan still don’t understand the definition of being royal!!!!!
It was all about their ego…
In this little game they will lose in the medium term. Making countries black African and playing egotistical or talking about Diana as if Africa were staying in the 90s. Will turn against them. They are so obsessed with them and being in competition with the BRF (in their heads) they are going to look like walking idiots.
There are so many details that show that are lost.
I stop here.
