Lunch 9/22/2018
Here’s today’s lunch. As you can see it’s 198 calories (yummy bacon!), 4 carbs and 15 grams of protein. The ranch is fat free and I have a dash of salt on the egg.
I bake a pound of bacon at a time and keep it in the fridge. 30 seconds in the microwave warms it up just right. To bake a full pound I use a cookie rack over a cookie pan and layer it on there, bake st 365 for 30 mins. It comes out perfect every time with a fraction of the fat because the grease drains off. I also boil my eggs all at one time and keep them in a bowl in the fridge. I do the same to my cauliflower by prepping it and keeping it handy. This makes meal prep simple and quick.
