Try this super quick flatbread.
1 c flour, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. 2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix all together until it comes together. Knead it for 1 minute. Let it rest in a bowl covered in plastic for 20-30 minutes. Divide into 6 pieces and roll each piece out ¼ inch thick. Any shape is fine!
Cook each flatbread in a dry skillet unti browned on one side. (1-2 minutes). Flip and cook on the other side until slightly puffed and golden.
Serve warm.
These are great for sandwiches, served with dips like hummus etc. serve like naan, brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with Maldonado Sea salt.
