I Played Gnog
Gnog straddles the boundary between toy and puzzle really effectively. It’s clearly meant to evoke games like Windosill that are largely about just engaging with goofy little interactive elements, but it splices that with room escape ideas to reward the player for their exploration and give the toys an axis on which to change over time. The result is one of the most purely cheerful and fun puzzle games I’ve played in a long time.
