1. Ubisoft’s press conference took place earlier today and as well as telling us a bit more about the game’s they had already told us would be at E3 they also saved a few surprises. We’ve got the main highlights right here …

    Mario & Rabbids Kingdom
    The conference started with a first look at the gameplay from the upcoming Mario and Rabbids game. The two worlds collide and we see the Rabbids entering the Mushroom Kingdom. Players can control Mario characters such as Yoshi, Luigi and Peach as well as Rabbids dressed like the Nintendo characters. Described as a tactical adventure, the game has open sections where levels can be explored as well as combat sections which include turn-based combat. It’s coming out 29 August 2017.

    Assassin’s Creed Origins
    For the 10 year anniversary of Assassin’s Creed the series has returned ‘to where it all began’. It’s not just the fantastic vistas of Egypt we’re treated to in the new trailer, there’s also plenty of wildlife including Crocodiles, Hippos, Lions, Flamingos and more. In the 4k footage that’s shown it really does look fantastic - check out the trailer below …

    The Crew 2
    Become the King of All Motorsports in the sequel to The Crew. The next installment is set to include Aeroplanes and Powerboats! Street Racing, pro-racing, off-road racing and freestyle racing - you name it it’s in there. The game is set to come out early in 2018 but registration for the beta is available right now.

    Skull and Bones
    There’s more pirates at this years E3! We found out more about Microsoft’s Sea of Thieves yesterday and now Ubisoft have brought us a much more realistic, serious looking take on pirates in the form of a new IP - Skull and Bones. Ubisoft have already brought us naval combat in the Assassin’s Creed series so this new game should have a solid base to build from. Skull and Bones can be played on your own or you can form a gang of pirates with your friends to battle for the loot on the high seas. Check out the trailer below …
