1. SPYRO REIGNITED TRILOGY - REVIEW ROUNDUP

It’s time to get all nostalgic as Activision have this time given Spyro a lick of paint and released Spyro Reignited Trilogy on PS4 and Xbox One. Here’s what the critics have had to say

    IGN - 8.5/10

Toys for Bob has done a great job of filling Spyro’s first three adventures with such reinvigorated life. Worlds a are packed to the brim with more detail, animations are consistently endearing, and the quality of life improvements make revisiting these once analog stick-less platformers a joy to play. GameSpot - 8/10

The Reignited Trilogy is the best kind of collection that not only brings a beloved series up to current visual standards but also proves just how well-built the original titles were. Polygon

Spyro Reignited Trilogy retains the magic of what made the franchise such a hit in the late 90s and early 2000s. Destructoid - 8/10

Spyro Reignited Trilogy is a fan’s dream. This heartfelt remake is bursting with colour, character and adventure, even if it has been developed with an cautious approach to reinvention. Though some might find its retro-fused action a little simplistic in this convoluted era of gaming, Spyro has the ability to entertain even the most cynical player with its wonderful worlds, slick design, and ability to spark the flames of nostalgia.

That completes our roundup and the consensus is that if you want a great slice of retro action that will pull massively at your nostalgia strings, Spyro Reignited Trilogy is the game for you.
