“EXECUTE ORDER 66…”
Star Wars fans! Movie fans! Video Game fans! FANS! Now that we have all of your attentions… This weekend at Star Wars Celebration we were given the thing we’d all been waiting for. Besides the trailer for the new Star Wars movie of course! Yes, we really have been lucky boys and girls this weekend. But no, we’re of course referring to the previously (and mysteriously) confirmed ‘Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order’ which we teased on the blog last week! The wait is over! For information on the story at least.
We now have a protagonist, the story trailer linked above AND a release date! (15th November 2019). Our good guy is known as Cal Kestis and as assumed, he is a survivor of the brutally carried out ‘Order 66′ at the hands of Anakin Skywalker. A Padawan on the run in an all-new single-player action-adventure game (that sounds epic doesn’t it) set after Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith… WE’LL TAKE EVERY SINGLE ONE YOU HAVE IN THE STORE THANKS.
Cal is trying to keep himself to himself and has kindly provided 3 rules that we’ll need to follow in order to survive…
- Don’t stand out.
- Trust no one.
- Don’t reach within.
Now we don’t want to get ahead of ourselves here because, well, y’know the drill. But early signs all suggest that Respawn Entertainment and EA Star Wars are on the path away from anger, hate and suffering.
