ESCAPE TO MIDGAR…

We’re currently in unprecedented times. Here at The Game Collection we hope that you’re all staying safe, well and socially distancing as often as possible to prevent the spread of what could be potentially lethal to vulnerable people. We sincerely hope things look up for us all as human beings and there’s progress made to combat the virus as quickly as possible. Until then, it’s important to focus on the positives.

What positives you say? It’s tough to stay on that side of the scale when things seem to be so bleak. But it’s time to reflect on what we DO have in life. Family is everything and it’s certainly a time where we as a company and myself personally, are not taking anyone or anything for granted. The response from you guys, our customers, has been truly special to us. Your kind words about our service and understanding with slight delays and other issues has been unbelievable. Thank you. In terms of the bigger picture we’re all in this together.

Now for something to perk us up! Albeit old news, we’re here to supply the good feelings in the form of this Final Fantasy VII: Remake - Opening Movie Trailer. We have no idea if this game will still launch on the 10th of April, or how we’ll even be looking as a country when April rolls around. But we have hope.

In what is one of the biggest releases of 2020, and due to it’s worldwide popularity as the game that re-defined the RPG genre, the remake or reimagining as it’s penned, of Final Fantasy VII will be something to celebrate.

If you’ve not seen this yet then hit play, sit back, and hope with us that we’re able to escape through our screens to Midgar on 10th April - and at a much more positive time for us around the globe.
