#explore power mondays: Peter Sloterdijk
“There are no individuals, only ‘dividuals’ - human beings exist only as particles or poles or spheres.“

In the last volume of his trilogy “Spheres”, “Foam”, German philosopher Peter Sloterdijk explores the fate of individuals in our modern world. They no longer exist in a unitary metaphysical context, and neither are they swept up in a collective societal endeavour. Instead, they lead a “co-isolated existence” as individual bubbles, which together with others compose a structured, fragile, moving, collectively functioning foam.
