I’m from Puerto Rico and since In the heights I have been completely in love with all your work.

I have always talked about you to my family, and sure they heard me, but they didn’t actually listen.

That changed the day you started talking about the economic crisis in my island. Videos of you kept popping up in their facebook news feed, and they were like “oh its that guy my daughter talks about” until they heard you speak. Everything you said touched them so deeply the actually started asking me stuff about all your work and what you do.

Not only are you bringing attention to the problem in Puerto Rico, you are making your fellow puertoricans proud by showing us that it doesn’t matter where you are or where you came from, you should fight for what you believe in and for what is right.

Im traveling to New York for my first time and probably last for a long time this summer, and it would be an honor to see Hamilton, since that is not possible (no I am not asking for tickets chill) I would just want to meet you or even leave a letter for you that shows everything you have done in my life.
