Scalia was an open, honest defender of the Constitution. If you think preserving individual liberties is “keeping justice inaccessible,” I’d really like to see what your concept of justice entails.

Yes, that is correct, “individual liberties” are not infrequently antithetical to justice; in any event, promoting liberty certainly doesn’t automatically help the cause of justice, nor vice-versa.

Same goes for equality vis-à-vis each of the other two
