A young, pre-Hogwart Ginny Weasley for this weeks Harry Potter Character Design Challenge. Since we’ve been focusing on characters from “Sorcerer’s Stone”, I kept Ginny at the appropriate age.

weeks Harry Potter Character Design Challenge was Peeves the
Poltergeist. The very mischievous entity wasn’t shown in the movies,
but was a very annoying character in the books. The descriptions of him
made me think that he was probably a court jester or a kind of demon . .
. so here he is dropping water balloons on Hogwarts students (hes
thrown worse at students lol).
This
weeks Harry Potter Character Design Challenge was Hedwig the Owl. I
decided to make my Hedwig with all of Harry’s luggage. Personally I
don’t think he brought enough clothes lol
This weeks Harry Potter Character Design Challenge was Rubeus Hagrid. Since we worked on his pet dragon Norbert and his dog Fang, I put them along side him for their character lineup.
So
every time I design a new character for the Harry Potter Character
Design Challenge, I try to keep consistency with each character’s
design. My goal is when I put them in a lineup, they all look like they
belong together. Here is the Slytherin group of kids so far. We still
have Vincent Crabbe to add.
This week’s “Fantasmical Fridays” is back. The theme is Spooky Valentine’s Day Cards. Here is the first one based off a vintage V Day card. Also my first illustration of the year. lol
