I kept comparing my body to what the woman I liked perceived to be the ideal one. ALL of her comments entered my mind. Then it hit me ; I can never be good enough for her. I can never have a perfect body. Therefore, she will never find me attractive enough to keep on dating me.

The last two years my eating disorders became worse, with the consequence of me becoming anorexic. When I first started to eat again, I had gained too much weight and I couldn’t control my appetite or “urge” to binge eat. I forced myself to exercise every single day and it made me feel so guilty when I was eating. Food affects every aspect of my life by making me unable to concentrate on the important things.

They have returned! I have to keep restricting myself from eating certain foods. I need to stick to my ideal calorie intake plan. I know it’s for my own good and I should not stop. I truly do not know how to help myself. I MUST CONTINUE! Please help me..
