A s a child I never wanted to be a princess, because princesses were always saved. Even a warrior princess still sounded not right, for a princess Also is a ruler, and can become a Queen. I wanted to be a knight, and be the protector of my own princess and/or prince.... However, a knight can only protect their one person their swore to protect with their, and only help others around them. I wanted to swear to protect anyone who needed me, and so, I realized I wanted to be a Nightlight. Someone who brings light to the darkness. A nightlight is the moon, the stars, the streets lights, a nightlight in a room, and we never burn out. Even when you cannot see us, we are there. The clouds may try to hide us, and we may be hard to see in the light of the day, but we are there, watching and protecting. Taking the darkness that holds your fears, and bringing light. Even if we have to be the ones to make and feel that pain for you. A Nightlight has felt the sorrow and pain and fear of the world, and will never let someone fall. The brightness of a Nightlight will always protect from the darkness.
