Prince George County Business Icon to Change Management Hands

Sebera’s, known for its restaurant, gas & hardware services, is changing management in the near future.

Owner Dennis Sebera confirmed this morning the Prince George business located across from the County Complex, is entering into a lease agreement with Prince George Dairy Food Mart LLC.

The owner of PG Dairy Food Mart is Ayman Alshaikh, who reportedly owns various gas stations in Dinwiddie County.  The new management, which was issued a business license by the Commissioner of the Revenue on September 1, will take over Sebera’s Custard Kitchen and Sebera’s Gas

The family-owned business has been operated by the Sebera family since 1928.  The change in management is currently underway.

It is a bittersweet moment in time for generations of Prince George County residents who have frequented the business in one way or another.  All are happy for Dennis and his family as he turns a chapter in his life, but the comfort of not seeing familiar faces will take some getting used to by all who visit in the future.

Many thanks to the Seberas for their longtime commitment to Prince George County.  And a hearty good luck to the new management and welcome as a new member of the Prince George County business community.
