On November 27, 2017 Council endorsed the Terms of Reference for the Cadboro Bay Local Area Plan update that outlines the process to create an updated plan:
Great neighbourhoods are great because of community involvement, careful planning, and thoughtful urban design. The Cadboro Bay Local Area Plan (LAP) will guide growth and future development in the local area and the Cadboro Bay Village for the next 20 to 30 years.
Your input is essential. There are a number of ways that you will be able to be involved: bring your ideas to public workshops and open houses, submit an application for the Advisory Committee or fill out a survey.
