I literally sometimes act out events in my stories in the shower >_>;

this is exactly what i do! it sort of helps me work things out in a way, its like, probably the best improv im ever able to do, i can voice my characters back and forth flawlessly and it flows so well. 

It does feel embarrassing when someone finds out, though.. ~_~;

I can usually say “Ah, well, one of the cats came into the bathroom” if they ask who I was talking to, though. That usually works, because even if they hear me talk they fortunately don’t hear WHAT I’m saying. ^_^;
