wash your beautiful fresh pears
peel them
cut into small chunks
for the syrup add half a cup of water into a pan
and plenty of sugar
simmer for 5-10 minutes until pears are soft
roll your pastry
put some crushed walnuts on one side, add COOLED pears (without the syrup)
make a roll with cuts on top
smear an egg all over the top for a beautiful color
bake at 180′C, powder with sugar, enjoy with tea
