Sadly, these aren’t actual things you can stuff in your mouth, though there’s nothing stopping you from adding a cartridge to your ramen for some plastic-y flavoring (don’t actually do this). The photos, posted by @chou_nosuke come from an article featured in a 1991 issue of Famitsu – it seems to be something about extending the sales of games by adding extra value to them? In this case, that extra value comes from their edibility.
