Famicase is poppin’ off again ⊟
Our favorite art show is back! Meteor (Famicom/music/video culture shop in Tokyo’s Nakano neighborhood) has just opened its annual showcase of made-up Famicom games with cartridge labels designed by over 160 artists.
The pieces above, from top left to bottom right, come from Carl Gonzaga, William Greenawalt, Ollie Hoff, Cory Schmitz, Walter Parenton, Game & Graphics, Zack Stewart, Arkotype, Logan Walters, and Lauren Gallgher.
My Famicase Exhibition’s gallery isn’t up yet for all the cartridges, but you can see them in person at Meteor until the end of May. #famicase on twitter is also pretty lit right now, so check out more cartridges there!
