Women's March, Washington, DC January 21, 2017 - Road trip to DC with my daughter Annabel and my sons girlfriend Danielle who were both very passionate to experience this massive rally where people united with love, inspiring speeches, acceptance & resistance and the largest display of signage with creative messaging that I have ever seen.  In all my years of producing large scale events, I had never experienced anything like this and I am so thankful I was there to celebrate History and the power of woman and positive thinking.

Today is International Woman’s Day #BeBoldForChange #ADayWithoutAWomen We are living in a very interesting time with the new President and my days feel unsettling and sometimes inconsistent with my values and beliefs.  As a content Producer & former MTV executive, I am thankful for some of the female leaders like Judy McGrath, Sara Levinson, Carole Robinson, Christina Norman, and Debra Lee who gave me the opportunity to executive produce some of the largest television events in History.  Creative freedom, incredible musical moments, pop culture & diversity were daily themes running in my brain.

So today and every day I keep the faith, be a good mom, wife, career woman and continue to mentor young people on their way up. At SLE we seek projects that are good for the soul & make you smile.  Let’s stay positive people and take care of yourself and this earth.
