Granola Bars Recipe

Yield: 45 bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 cups oatmeal flakes
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts
  • ½ cup crushed flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup ground almonds
  • ½ cup dried apricots

DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet so that it is approximately 1 inch thick.
  3. Bake at 350°F until the mixture is lightly golden.
  4. Turn out, cut into bars and let cool.
