It’s
never too early for Halloween
Bats
in the bell free, haunts in a dream
Shadows
unholy creep through the night
Howls
in the distance that give you a fright
Let’s
make us a fire, and burn some leaves
While
telling stories you might or not believe
The
harvest moon will light the sky
Maybe
we’ll see a witch fly by
We’ll
cuddle closely, in ghostly chilled air
Try
not to give too much of a scare
You’ll
tell me a story that gives me a chill
I’ll
tell you it’s a spider on your back you feel
Tales
of macabre, vampires and scary
Beasts
with long teeth, frightful and hairy
I’m
not afraid when you are here
And
ghosts can boo all they want, I don’t care
It’s
the human monsters, that scare me the most
I’m
not afraid of no ghosts
Let’s
watch the fire dim to ashes
As
