One of the more memorable meals was a very nice brunch at the hip […] Australian-style eatery […] located a the northeastern end of Waikiki’s luxury strip. Bills was full of pleasing tastes wrapped in a vibrant surrounding and contemporary decor.

• Ricotta hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter.
• “Full Aussie” breakfast with scrambled eggs, sourdough toast, cumin-roasted tomato, back bacon, miso mushrooms, pork and fennel sausage.
