Another sold-out […] fifth annual signature charitable fundraiser, [SOC] took place last week bringing out dozens of Vancouver’s most libatious bartenders and mixologists to serve 1,500 attendees all in support of the successful Class Field Trip Program.

• “Bubble and Pop” cocktail with rum, smoked Alderwood syrup acidified, coconut water, and smoked citrus bubble.
  
• “Robot Russian” cocktail with vodka, cold brew coffee syrup, and cream from MakerLabs’ BarBot.
  
• “Empress & Tonic” with Empress 1908 Gin and bitters.
  
• “Cinema Highball” cocktail with butter-washed rum, cola, citric acid, and popcorn.
