The Voyeurs (dir. Michael Mohan).

Framed as a sort of Hitchcockian erotic thriller in the mold of Rear Window meets Fatal Attraction with a strong voyeurism bent, Sydney Sweeney and Justice Smith star as a young, sexy couple who become obsessed with the sexual exploits of their even sexier neighbours, Ben Hardy and Natasha Liu Bordizzo, across the street from their Montreal loft apartment.

Soon, they become entangled in each other’s lives in morally very disturbing and increasingly ridiculous ways. Sweeney pulls off her character’s intense sense of intrigue, but how the film resolves its wild twists and turns feel far more bold and confident than its modest setup could ever justify.
