The Havana team has completely reimagined and renovated the new and former performance spot into a 900-square-foot, fifty-eight-seater of a tropical oasis (think Miami Vice) with a strong emphasis on eclectic cocktails, including zero-proof mocktails, of the South Florida variety led behind the bar by Beverage Director Alexa Greenman.
- “Eats, Shoots, and Leaves”: toasted rice Thoquino Cachaça, Sons of Vancouver coconut liqueur, sous vide pandan syrup, and lime.
- “Rumbustion”: Havana Club 7-year-old rum, Gosling’s Blackstrap, honey and ginger syrup, lime, coconut water, soursop, and Cherry Heering float.
