He is absolutely so fucking pissed at his father at that exact moment. Like, so pissed he did not even care if he died. He even says “I’d be fine if you died.”
I definitely think we see so much of Carl’s anger in this episode, and honestly it was pretty amazing to see him expressing that. Even if it was in the way that he did.
