So we get to see a ‘glimpse’ of Regina going to a dark place…and who is there to ground her, to bring her back??? Emma…Emma holds on to her, not afraid of touching Regina in a moment when she is two seconds from going 'all Evil Queen’ and Emma can see it. Instead of running away from it Emma reaches out to her…so important! They shared a similar moment in Neverland but definitely not as intense as this one.

Regina has been nothing less than upset and snarky with Emma yet she doesn’t break away from her touch…she needs it, even if she can’t accept it…it’s that unique & special conection that they have always shared and continues to deepen as their relationship grows
