These are the eras of my Darkness universe which I reference in Azure and Azure Expanse. All dates are derived from Lewis’ Narnian timeline, except those marked with a *. Sub-eras are shown below their overarching ones. Some aren’t real eras, just handy designations.

Eras in Narnia, measured in SF:

MN (The Magician’s Nephew): 1 SF [AD 1900]

FP (First Peace): 1-900 SF

WWR (White Witch’s Reign): 900-1000 SF

LWW (The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe): 1000 SF [AD 1940]

GA (Golden Age): 1000-1015 SF

• HHB (The Horse and His Boy): 1014 SF

SP (Second Peace): 1015-1998 SF

• *AR (Ailena’s Rule): 1015-1021 SF. The six years following GA, when Ailena is sole ruler of Narnia.

• *CR (Corin’s Regency): 1021-1041 SF. Ends when Cor and Aravis’ second son Rammin is old enough to rule Narnia.

DY (Dark Years): 1998-2303 SF

PC (Prince Caspian): 2303 SF [AD 1941]

TP (Third Peace): 2303-2555 SF

• VDT (The Voyage of the Dawn Treader): 2306-2307 SF [summer AD 1942]

• WRI (Winter on Ramandu’s Island): winter 2306-2307 SF

Eras on Earth, measured in AD:

ENG (England): AD 1888-1949. The lifespan of the Seven friends of Narnia: Digory, Mary “Polly”, Peter, Edmund, Lucy, Eustace, and Jillian “Jill”.

*AL (Ailena/Lewis): AD 1898-1963. The lifetime of C.S. Lewis, during which Ailena sporadically communicates with him.

*BRE (Benson/Reeves Elders): AD 1949-1990. Deals with the G1/G2 Benson and Reeves families: David, Susan, Leo, Christine, Savannah, and Evan.

*TFC (Twenty-First Century): AD c. 1990 onward. Deals with the G3/G4 Benson and Reeves families: Eleanor, Lucy R, Chris, Andrew, Evallen “Ellen”, Edmund B, and Cora.
