16th Summer Success Institute! Welcome to the registration for "SUCCESS 2018," the University System of Maryland's Pipeline Development Conference which includes August 2018 programming for students! The PROMISE Summer Success Institute (SSI) is one of three events this year. The undergraduate "Bridging Conference" will be held on August 17, 2018, and the PROMISE SSI will be held on August 18, 2018. Our SSI provides professional development, encouragement, motivation, career advice, peer support, and camaraderie, for new/incoming graduate students, continuing graduate students (master's and doctoral level, and the PP&Ps (Postdocs, Professors, and Professionals). This event is open to graduate students throughout the state of Maryland, from any school within the University System of Maryland. PROMISE: Maryland's AGEP is particularly focused on professional development for underrepresented students in STEM fields; broadly, graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and faculty from any group or discipline are warmly invited to attend.
