My take on the most important wedding shot list photos

As A wedding photographer I give my bride the best photos that make her happy. A week before the wedding ceremony, I meet my bride to create the wedding shot list. I always tell to be organize when we start this list, so it covered all the shots that bride may ask for.

This list may include portraits for bride, Groom, parents (mothers & fathers), close friends, bridesmaids, maid of honor, flower girl(s), groomsmen, and best man. Also, some group shots, the ceremony and the reception, such as wedding party place, flower girls walking down the aisle, exchange of rings, and the first kiss as husband and wife. Don’t forget to shoot some details shots such as flowers, car for the couple, decorations, the aisle, and the rings. Be ready to capture the first look, bride alone, groom alone, and then the reaction shots with emotions. If the bride allowed me to be in her room, I will have a chance to photograph her when getting dress and putting on the veil.

With my unique style, my goal to not capture the shot list only, I usually photograph different and unique photos, those cute, fun, and spontaneous snapshots. This Taylor Frazier & Colten Lyman wedding’s photos, we had a great time photographing the shot list and some of my style that I would like to share.

1.when the groom is so sweet, he helps the bride with her vail and her hair accessory.

2.we all know that the bride need a help with her heavy dress, so be there cause the groom will help her.

3.when they laughing for some reason you need to be close enough to capture this moment.

4.when they talked with no words, eyes could do this job.

The wedding take place in 2016, at Church of the Assumption in Germantown, Nashville Tennessee.
