Let’s try making French toast in the waffle iron
After great success making macaroni and cheese waffles, we decided it was time to give French toast a try in our little appliance. As you can see, it couldn’t have worked better! They cooked up in a jiffy and gave them a nice little crunch. Some real butter and real maple syrup didn’t hurt, either.
Espresso at my side, the gentle click of rain hitting the skylights, and a snug little house makes for a nice Sunday morning.
