Bye, bye scallions. Today has been a day of harvest, and these are the last of this beautiful crop. Even though it’s mid-October, we still have Walla Walla sweets and Yukon Gold potatoes to unearth. We also still have some tomatoes, basil, and parsley. Fava beans were planted yesterday for the over-winter crop.
