The Ally Coalition’s local partners for Canandaigua and Columbus
This weekend is looking up to be pretty awesome. Get familiar with the local partners joining us in New York and Ohio on the Most Nights tour and don’t forget to stop by their tents!
Canandaigua, NY - July 13th
- The Center of the Fingerlakes- A close-knit LGBTQ community group in Geneva that was created to provide a safe space for individuals and families, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and promote a more inclusive community.
- ImageOut- ImageOut Film Festival of Rochester informs, entertains, educates, and enriches filmgoers through the exhibition of film and videos by, and about lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people.
Columbus, OH - July 14th
- Kaleidoscope Youth Center- Kaleidoscope Youth Center is the only organization in Ohio solely dedicated to supporting LGBTQ youth and their allies.
Bring donations of healthy, non-perishable snacks for their food-insecure LGBTQ youth and you will be entered to win a special prize signed by FUN.
A reminder that although Canadaigua partners are not taking donation items, you can still donate a dollar or more at The Ally Coalition tent every night in exchange for a chance to win!
Guests of the Ally Coalition: Toronto!
Hi all!
We are so excited to start this summer’s journey with you. As you may already know, at FUN.’s tour dates we are inviting a few local LGBTQ-focused organizations to connect with fans on a personal level. We’ll be sharing those here so that you can learn a little about these groups before you get to meet them personally (And we promise, we have some awesome, hardworking people ready to meet you).
Toronto fans will have the pleasure of meeting these fine folks tomorrow:
Youthline Toronto: A toll-free service provided by youth for youth. Offers support, information and referrals specific to youth’s concerns.
The 519:The 519 works with neighbours and LGBTQ communities to build healthy, welcoming spaces to meet, participate and celebrate together.
