The National Capital, led by President and Mrs. Hoover, today, Memorial Day, paid tribute to America’s dead heroes of 4 wars at Arlington National Cemetary. President Hoover is shown placing a wreath on the tomb of America’s Unknown Soldier. Following the Chief Executive Mrs. Hoover placed a bunch of white carnations on the tomb.
