I know Jarret is her friend but it is great to see that people are acknowledging the fact that Felicity/Emily has changed the dynamics of a show (and not just any show but a show based on DC comics with over 50 years of history) by being really really good at her job.
This was a nice fun interview, I just wanted it to be longer.

The interview was alright, like most of these interviews are. They tease a bit about the show but do not really reveal anything. We already know that Felicity will have great chemistry with Barry because that girl has chemistry with everything - even inanimate objects.
What I loved about the interview is the title. Yes, it is nothing but rise and rise for our favorite IT girl. I hope good things happen to Felicity in the show and even better things happen to Emily Bett Rickards in her life and career.
So Marc Guggenheim tweeted this table read of finale photo yesterday and all I could concentrate on was …. Is Emily wearing glasses? Does she wear glasses in real life? I mean I have seen Katie with glasses before but never Emily Bett Rickards. So all those hard core Emily Bett Rickards fans out there, do we know if Emily wears glasses in real life, just like her alter ego Felicity Smoak on the show?

I know most people loved the scene outside Oliver’s room and the one in the end in Arrow 2x06 but for me, this one line “We are still in Russia” is the best. Her frustration with how obtuse and dense Oliver is, her exasperation at his self harming ways and her anger at trivilizing her concerns by asking “What happened to what happens in Russia, stays in Russia.” The way Emily Bett Rickards said this line was perfect and I will never stop fangirling over her for doing it so well.
Felicity Smoak in my khaleesi and Emily Bett Rickards is great because she plays her oh so amazingly well.
The Most Valuable Supporting Player award goes to โ who else? โ Emily Bett Rickards’s Felicity Smoak, a character who manages to combine brainy feminism and quirky verbal wit with a hubba-hubba wiggle. All of which leaves viewers at home wondering what the hell Flash or Arrow see in any other potential love interest when Felicity is around to adjust her hornrims with such fetching disdain.

So Stephen Amell posted another video about tonight’s episode and all I could see was that Grey Dress made famous by Emily Bett Rickards (and to some extent, her mighty fine behind) - this time with lime side panels instead of coral.
I think Arrow stylist troll tumblr and twitter and because they knew the world went bonkers with that dress, they brought in another version of it.
