Had an outstanding, if arduous, lifting session with my coach yesterday, and got the perfect movement cue to un-fuck my deadlift form (which, ideally, will carry over to improvements in my squat and even benching, albeit indirectly in the latter case), and, if the various 1 rep max calculators are to be trusted, just that technique/mechanical improvement has added about 5-10% to my theoretical top-end pull (based on ballpark calculations off of the observed 375# x 14 rep PR yesterday, that suggests a top pull in the 550-565# range, which is ~40# above where I was a few weeks ago, and would be a 10-20# lifetime PR)

I am rather perversely amused at what the Hemingway tool has to say about that 107-”word” paragraph.
