Hanzawa-san the Culprit Special File Text Translation

For those who aren’t aware, Hannin no Hanzawa-san is a comedy/parody manga spinoff of DC featuring that black shadowy dude that appears in place of the culprit. You don’t really need much more context than that. 

I’m only doing a text translation for this chapter because Rei appears in it 😛 I am a biased translator. I believe BSI already said they were working on this but it’ll probably take them a while to get to this point, if they do.

For those who aren’t aware, what everyone is doing in this chapter is called radio calisthenics. It’s a thing where people do exercises in the morning, and every day you go, you get a stamp on your stamp card.
