i think the thing that this whole matty thing makes clear is that like…. y’all don’t even give a shit about educating people, you just want to feel morally superior. deadasss–this is everything that happened: matty said that it was wrong that an anti-muslim activist got threats of violence for speaking at a university. that was it. he then quickly apologised, deleted the tweets, explained why what he did was wrong, thanked you for educating him, dm’d fans, and guess what? y’all are STILL going after him. like he could write a 10 page essay on why he was sorry but you’d STILL say he wasn’t being sincere. y’all don’t give a FUCK about educating him, otherwise you’d do more than tweet ‘you’re not woke shut the fuck up!!!!’ every time he tries to apologise????
