I almost cried yesterday when I found out Emily Dickinson was extremely house bound and even at times made people who wanted to visit speak to her from outside her bedroom door. I read that most of her important relationships were all letters she exchanged with pen pals and that was her way of companionship and idk it just made me feel like I was bursting
