One thing that I’ve learned from watching Rick and Morty is to never judge a cartoon until you see it move.

Like, Rick and Morty’s art style is not too different from your average prime-time cartoon, but there’s so much humanity and depth in the way the characters are animated. These aren’t even big, epic moments, and yet they put so much thought into each pose and gesture.
