I realized recently I never really properly introduced myself here... It's about time I did that, yeah?

General Information:

Whumpee stared at the full plate Caretaker had placed in front of them in confusion. They hadn’t been given tasks today — why was Caretaker rewarding one of their lazy days?

No, the food was probably not meant for them. Maybe they were supposed to guard it? Maybe Caretaker had placed it there for safekeeping. Maybe they were going to eat it in a bit.

“Is something the matter?” Caretaker asked, and Whumpee snapped back to the present, fully at attention.

“No, sir.”

Doxxing myself slightly but here’s some photos I just took at University of Arizona.

The fact that this pro-Palestine rally was happening was very hushed up until the moment it started. There were some people holding Israel flags in opposition nearby but everything is peaceful and intended to remain that way. People are singing and handing out flyers. If you live in the area and want to support, they are hoping to be around the entire day and possibly through the night and could use snacks and water donations if you’re unable to donate money to charity. Reblogs and shares to places like Instagram are requested and appreciated.

The goal is for companies like Raytheon to divest from funding weapons to Israel.

Hey I don’t ask you guys to reblog a lot but can you please consider this one because this is what our campus looks like today

They didn’t do this when there was “debate us on abortion” table in the same spot early in the semester.

It might not be clear from the photos but the whole green is fenced off and it’s *never* fenced off, people set up tents for fundraisers and literally every day. The sign says nothing after 10:30 pm but you literally can’t even stand on the grass without climbing a fence.

but what if fails to mention is that some Jewish protestors were on the Palestinian side. I saw myself someone wearing a watermelon kippa stand in front of the crowd and lead them in singing Vine and Fig Tree in favor of Palestine. Please do not believe that all Jewish UA students are against this or calling for an end to the protests.
