i need people do do me a favor and be absolutely normal about it

i have a completely normal coworker who does music and stuff and its good music and i want to send my army of followers to his video on yt and just +like it or something. something to boost him in the algorithm

the issue is no one can let him know this second life i live on the internet because if he finds out i have 25k followers on tumblr or 10k on twitter etc then the questions will flow and i will not be prepared for the conversation about werewolves that follows

First you procrastinate on the task because it is not a big enough deal to get done urgently. Then you procrastinate on the task because it has become such a big deal that doing it is overwhelming. You would think that this implies a middle point where it is just big enough of a deal to get done easily, however the inherent perversity of the universe's causal geometry prevents this

i just gotta have my weekly “i am frustrated w employed people” moment. because i just feel so isolated in every conversation, i feel envious of their income and ability to live an independent life and buy things. if thats u I truly do need you to recognize and be conscientious of the fact that even though there is much wrong with the environment and expectations of employment, still that it is a privilege to be able to participate in it, because it means you at least have that base level of worth to society so that you can participate in it as designed. ppl like me cannot.

Being unemployable is isolating and miserable beyond what the average person can imagine. People legitimately think there is some sort of privilege in being trapped in your home almost all the time, forced to beg to make sure the roof stays over your head, forced to expose personal information about yourself to get help from the public in a way none of them have to worry about. It means never going to events that cost even $10, it means never going to see movies or go on dates or do anything unless you're so desperate for something different that you spend the only cash you had for paper towels to go see Monkey Man. It means rarely meeting new people, even in the most casual passing settings, and it means losing critical social ability from isolation that forces even more social rejection. No part of it is fun. Every glimpse of the outside world is freedom and most of those come from rushed and limited exposure to grocery stores, if that. In most states in the US, there are minimum worked hour requirements to get food assistance, so unemployed people can't even qualify.

watching Scar’s recent hermitcraft episode, he comes across the statue of Grian and says something along the lines of ‘And he has a mullet! Since when has Grian had a mullet’ to which I was reminded of my horrible knowledge that actually, Grian does have a mullet

following the definition of a mullet being a hair style thats shorter at the front and sides but long at the back and generally stops at the neck(?), minecraft skins dont really have necks but they have an area that reads as one. The underside of the back of the head (here on Steve)

So following that and the definition of a mullet, Im going to say that any mc skin that has hair that covers that area but doesnt go any lower or extend to both other undersides of the head has a mullet. which lead me on an hour long journey investigating the skin of every hermit to see who actually has a mullet

This was a big turning point in UK land management, and also its social fabric - the Enclosures Act. No one could afford it. It decimated rural society and culture. And by now, we see the opposite - rich people moving to the country, because they're the only ones who can afford it.

i'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, but sometimes i hear women talking about their diets and it takes all i have to not be like "this is not normal. you have an eating disorder and you are in a cult."
