Seok Jin’s family home is huge. 

His home looks and feels like you’re walking through an art gallery. Does anyone really live here? Just by the look of the entrance gates and his vast green yard, you know it to be true—his family is the kind that you can’t run away from. Which is fine seeing as you’ve only heard good things about his family. One day, if you’re lucky enough, you’ll meet them and they’ll love you.

Maybe one day.

Jin’s family rules the world of real estate.. That’s why they have such a beautiful home. Jin’s life easily looks picture perfect. It’s so easy to get lost in it, kind of the same way it’s so easy to get lost in him. 

The party is filled with anyone and everyone. Surely, there’s no way Jimin knows all these people—you’re sure this is probably more of a meet and greet than a birthday party. Jimin himself is somewhere in the house, partying it up with Taehyung. You did however bump into Nam Joon and saw him sitting with a bunch of other producers. He quickly greeted you with a warm hug and apologized for Yoongi’s lack of presence. Again, it was more projects he just couldn’t get out of. You laugh and tell him it’s nothing new. Yoongi has always been a workaholic but in a good way. 

Yoongi always comes through when it matters.

Just as you’re about to excuse yourself, Hoseok finds you first. 

“There you are,” he sighs in relief. He excuses you away from Nam Joon and pulls away from the crowd. As you two find an empty hall near the foyer, Hoseok looks around rather frantically. “Where’s Jin?” 

You look at him clueless. 

“He’s meeting me at the garden with Jungkook.” Your answer causes him to stiffen. “Why? What’s going on—”

Just then, you’re cut off by the sound of a motorcycle engine starting. Roughly, you hear the tires screech and Jin’s voice. He’s shouting and whatever he says is soon covered by the sound of the motorcycle leaving. Hoseok gives you a look and you just can’t seem to understand what the hell is happening.
