Hello All!
Very ‘long time no see’ isn’t it?
Apologies for such a long delay but I wish to come back to you in this year of KNB’s anime 10th year anniversary with a brand new special Kagakuro Month Long event.
The rules are simple: from 11th of October till 10th of November we shall celebrate the ship between our favorite Seirin basketball players for 30 days with a prompt designated for each day.
During the event you can create and post any form of art work (please remember that it needs to be yours or properly credited) corresponding to one of the themes from the list. However, this is not a strict rule and you can create something that does not fit any of the themes and post it whenever you want during the month or on the last, ‘free’ day.
Please also don’t worry about the time as it’s completely fine to be late.
What: An event dedicated to our favorite knb pairing!
When: from 11TH OCTOBER – 10TH NOVEMBER
How: To take part in the event you must only create something (fic, art, graphic, cosplay, fanvid ANYTHING) during the time frame specified and post it (or submit here) with the tag #kagakuromonth2017. There is a list of themes in the appropriate section, but if you feel like the piece you are working on does not fit the specific theme for a specific week, then worry not. You can still post it during that week, just remember to TAG IT. Also remember to TAG IT with the #kagakuromonth2022 as one of the first FIVE TAGS, otherwise it will not appear in the tag and we will lose the opportunity to see your work! Being with Kagami-kun was easy and comfortable as breathing.
There wasn’t much difference in how they worked. They still went to school together, played basketball together, ate, watched movies, did homework together.
There was barely any change at all.
Except one.
KagaKuro Weekend at Home. Day 3: Pets.
After many days at the vet, Kagami brings home a friend that he saved as a volunteer firefighter. He’s nervous if Kuroko will be okay with her, and if Nigou will get along with her, and how she’s gonna make it around on three legs. But he loves her, and so Kuroko loves her just as much. She fits into their little family just perfect. Also, Kagami is very creative, always comes up with A+ names.
Don’t be fooled. What she lacks in legs, she makes up for with anger and hissing.

The last day of the Kagakuro Weekend Event. This one has a bit of a story. @tetsucchin and I both headcanon that when Kagami has a spell as a volunteer firefighter, he comes across a badly burned and injured kitten trapped in a burning building. He takes her to an emergency vet without letting Kuroko know, in case the worst happens, because of how invested in animals Kuroko becomes. Her front leg is badly crushed, and amputation is needed. But even on three legs and covered with horrendous burns, she lets her disdain for the vets be known without hesitation, and Kagami can’t help but fall in love with the little ball of anger. He names her Cat, and brings her home with him. And she does not get along with Kuroko at all. Tolerates Yoake. @kurokagakuro

Summary: In Kagami’s stolen tank top and a pair of cuffed yoga pants that were tight in all the right ways, framed in soft yellow sunlight and a dawning skyline, Kuroko made a pretty sight.

A/N: For the prompt: Exercising. I really meant to have this done yesterday, but I am always late for everything! But I’m a big, big fan of Kuroko learning yoga and becoming a flexible little bendy thing. I like to think Kagami is also a big, big fan.

Kuroko liked to start mornings with yoga on their balcony.
Of course, Kuroko’s mornings didn’t even start until Kagami got back from his sunrise jog with Nigou. By the time he made it back, took a quick shower, and started on breakfast, Kuroko would just barely begin to stir for the day. It wasn’t until after he’d set out Nigou’s food and turned on the stove that Kuroko crept through the living room with a yawn.
“Good morning, Taiga-kun,” he mumbled, voice still rough and low with sleep.
Kagami watched him slide open the door with a smile. “Morning. Breakfast will be ready when you’re done.”
He got a tired hum in response.

Kagami and Kuroko decided to visit America one summer and went to Universal’s Harry Potter World for the first time. Kuroko was immediately hooked and insisted they both get the full outfit sets.

fic for day two prompt Exercising
“87, 88, 89, 90…”
Taiga paused, exhaled and lowered himself again, bracing his whole weight on his hands, flat on the floor, and on his toes.
His muscles trembled and sweat covered him in a layer but the burn was satisfactory even though he found simple workouts boring.
That’s what he told Kuroko, and he immediately offered to join him in his routine.
Taiga paused again after three more pushups, glanced to the side and snorted.
“Don’t sleep.”
