Back again with more Dragonflies! Here's Fabian and Farrin, brothers in crime lol. One is 18 the other is 20 (arbitrarily because meh depends where I'm writing and what AU. What's consistency and time line matter-)
Fabian trained to be in the guard and Farrin enjoys blacksmithing and making weapons. When apart they're pretty mellow but put them in the same room and they become absolute fucking goblins lol.
Hey y’all, new bitch just dropped. Another dragonfly I have. I haven’t fully finished this art (obviously) but I wanted to show y’all my absolute bastard of a man. This is Rhys, he’s a hard rocker kinda guy who just wants to drop the next break neck beats in a world that doesn’t quite have that SOUND he’s looking for. So like you do, if you want something done do it yourself. Though Rhys is absolutely a little bastard. A flirt who has not a fucking clue what he’s doing but he’s winging it and hitting the mark enough to make due lol. I went through design hell with his colors but I could not be happier with how he’s looking. I’ll eventually draw his guitar and shit but not today satan lol.

DAY 12: THE UNKNOWN
There’s a lot of thoughts that run through someones mind when they accidentally fall into a kingdom on edge, get tossed into a dungeon, and greeted by the actual king of said kingdom. Being thrust into the unknown, you never really know what changes are to come.
Luckily for these two, it was all good things.. Giving them both a new direction in their lives.~

DAY 11: MAGIC POTION
So this is my alchemist dragonfly, their name is Aida and they are actually chaos incarnate. This was mostly just me playing with colors and I don’t know if I’ll keep these but heeey.
Anyway, Aida works incredibly well with making medicines.. and explosives. Definitely has something to do with the fact one of their nostrils don’t work and they’re missing half an arm but.. In their own words, “I’m still good for three out of four!” So, good for them I guess? lol. Aida has zero concept of fear.. The medic who is usually glued to their hip though? That poor bastard has *all the fear.*
DAY 10: IN THE SHADOWS
So here’s a NEW GUY.
This is Husk. He’s a wastelander Damselfly/Dragonfly hybrid. This bug is fucking COLOSSAL in size. Towers over almost all my OC’s. The most imposing looking guy. He doesn’t talk much. Got an incredibly deep voice though when he does talk- I’ll give him color one day but he’s got a dark black base color with deep forest green accents. At least that’s the idea, I’ll put it to proper use eventually. In the meantime, here’s his super pretty vibrant green eye.

aight I’ll be real, this is a tall order perspective piece and after a hand injury I was not going to do the whole thing so heres my outline. It’s the Throne room of Daze’s temple with the place covered in moss and vines and some large flowers. The throne, hanging lanterns, a portrait, and tall pillars with carvings of dragonflies to represent the past kings and queens. I was thinking about drawing the crystal chandelier but I didn’t have the hear to work on designing that rn so here we are. That and I felt it took too much away from everything else. So if I ever decide to finish this, we’ll see. Sorry it’s not a finished product, but hey I’m at least expanding on what I’m doing.

I saw the opportunity to draw Daze as a bab with his mom and I took it. I love this and it makes me happy. Also @abhainn-leth made all the carvings and helped me lay out all of Maylin’s piercings. I think she’s just absolutely stunning and then she has the cutest baby boy-

I think the full design for this piece really came together well through @abhainn-leth‘s work. I made one full design for this and Leth just kinda brought it all together for me lol. I love how it looks and all the glowing gems. Got some lazy bubbles goin on too.
DAY 5: MISSING YOU

Poor boi never really got used to curling up alone at night after he got separated from Anisa (@inkbarista ). She's just his whole world and there's never anything that fills the void of your soul mate being gone.

DAY 3: DRAMA QUEEN
No one I have ever made is quite as dramatic as my velvet ant, Valentine. Boy down catastrophic when anything is wrong with his fur or there’s a string out of place on his outfits. Featuring the lovely Sam who tolerates Val’s antics lol. (by @inkbarista )
Day 2: Natural Wonders
ngl I wasn’t expecting to put this much effort into this piece but yet here we are. I also kinda wanted to do more but I don’t think my hand will let me lol About three hours of work, I think I’m done LOL. Just a little place for the royal dragonfly family to settle their thoughts at the lake beneath a willow tree. I like the idea that they are absolutely allowing plant life to coexist with the architecture equally and I just had this image in my head soooo time to put it down into paper. I- will be honest I just kinda went ham I didn’t really have any references. I should probably have references for something so involved next time and maybe I could make it look much nicer but ya know.
I adore the little Nanu statues, because Axolotl jesus here looks so damn cute lol.
